The Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM) Conference will be held May 20-22 at Wind Creek Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. APMM’s signature annual event is attended by more than 150 professional municipal managers from across the state. This is your chance to form partnerships and build relationships with local decision makers. The conference is packed with keynote speakers, dynamic learning experiences and great networking opportunities for municipal government officials. The APMM Conference Committee invites you to participate as a Sponsor, Exhibitor, Advertiser and/or Walk-Around Vendor. Sponsorship opportunities are available at different levels to allow you to reach the entire APMM membership, over 400 members, and will increase visibility for your company. Space in the exhibit hall sells quickly and is limited to approximately 40 booths. In addition, exhibitors are invited to attend the Opening Reception on Monday, May 20 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and to display their products and services on Tuesday, May 21 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. As an exhibitor, you can take advantage of the face-to-face marketplace and meet the officials who represent city and municipal government.

Cancellation information: Cancellation for exhibitors and sponsors must be made in writing to Mary Costik, CMP, at mcostik@pml.org by May 3, 2024 in order to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 3, 2024 will not receive any refunds. Questions regarding cancellation should also be directed to Mary Costik, CMP, at mcostik@pml.org.

to make your on-line reservations at Wind Creek Bethlehem. Reservations are also being accepted by calling:  877-726-3777 and requesting the APMM Annual Conference room block. The room rate is $189 per night +10% tax. Reservations are available until Friday, April 26, 2024, or the room block has been sold-out. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.   Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival or will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
